For a reference I travel often and use enterprise every time except for this one. Will never make that mistake again. Took then 2 hours to get me out the door for a reservation already made. Waited at the counter for an initial 30 minutes before anyone showed. Then was told just wait a few minutes for my car to get prepped. Got a payment from me in less than 2 minutes. Got the car prepped then another 30 minutes for them to clean it. After handling a few other customers the same way after me I just asked to get my car and go. They then said all we need to do is gas it up, I said I'll take a dirty ungassed car and she said they already left but should only be 10 minute. Another 30 minutes passed I had finished making another reservation elsewhere and she rushed to give me the keys. Also there were 3 other people in line with reservations that got turned away.

My experience with hertz was not too good, manager was somewhat rude

My overall experience was excellent . The ladies were very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I hope they are paid well because they could easily be snatched up by another employer
