I had a great experience with Hertz. I was trying to rent with a different company and had an awful experience that led me to canceling the reservation and going to Hertz. Everyone that helped me was very kind, friendly, and quick to help.

When renting a car from Hertz, we think of a real customer service, when taking care in Glasgow Hertz reports a damage to the left front rim on i pad. When the vehicle is returned to Edinburgh, the person accidentally jumps to the left rim and finds two small holes. Billing 100 € .Bravo Hertz

From the time I got in line with 2 customers ahead until I got the car it was almost 1 1/4 hours. These are the slowest agents I have ever seen. The car was great, brand new with only 15 miles on it but the service was terrible.
