Picking up the car was made unnecessarily difficult and long by the staff. I am a gold member but they do not care if you book here. I was 45mins early and wanted to charge me more for a different car and then when I refused they told me to come back later. When I returned they still didn't give me the vehicle I booked and when I returned it to the airport days later I came to learn they'd given me the keys to the entirely wrong vehicle.

We left our camera in the car. When we call they said it was there but we had to fill out a form on the internet for lost item. We did and never heard back form anyone from hertz. So when the call back and told they never had the camera. But that was a lie because the picture I described to the person on the phone said those where on the camera.

Confusing on directions of where vehicle was. Vehicle staff were not friendly at all. I felt like I was bothering them as I went to pick up the car. Many scratches on the vehicle, the breaks squealed very loud when breaking and they didn’t seem to care or offer alternate vehicle. Communication was limited with everything. The driver door looked like someone tried to break into the vehicle as rubber was damaged and vehicle was scratched around the drivers door.
