Everything was fine to the moment I received my invoice. There was fuel charge - fuel level in drop off car was even higher than I have received the car. Why???? I don't know, they don't answer for email and my doubts. I demain to get back the charge.

Thorough pick up process, I liked the choice of vehicles that were offered for my reservation.

Not happy with Ace rentals. I was sent to a location to pickup my van and when I walked all the way to this location I was sent to another location. No phone call or email to let me know. The back door is broken on this van, when we were on the highway It was rattling and we had to close it hard for it to stop.
