Very long wait time even after we managed to get through the line, which was very long and unorganized. The woman who helped me at the counter was very nice even though everyone was frustrated.

Once I got to the counter, the agent was helpful. But up until then, the process was horrendous. Waited in line for over an hour just to talk with someone. There were definitely not enough agents available or willing to help.

Everything went very smoothly with the pick up and drop off of the vehicle. Counter staff very friendly! It took a little long for the car to be brought up, but it was fine.

I hate renting cars because of the pressure to buy all the extras and the sometimes lengthy lines and rude service. Ace in Waikiki was friendly and attentive.
