Beth was sincere, kind and joyful. This is not seen much in today's customer service. If there were more people out there like her, people like me would be of better cheer!

Car was fine, but had to wait for 25 minutes in line to pick it up. The poor woman was working alone when a couple of flights came in at the same time. Hertz should have a second counter worker in Madison ready to go at peak hours.

When I got to Hertz to pick up my car. They had my reservation down but nothing on their side saying that paid anything. I already paid $130 through carrentals.com, which they made it seem like that was all I was going to owe. Once at the location, they were saying I owed an additional $299 which I was not informed about when booking it. The location only believed that I already paid $130 once I showed them the withdrawal from my bank account, they could not see anything on their side. Even then, the man at the desk said he didnt know why I would have gotten charged already and was just as confused as I was. Almost felt like carrentals.com is a scam. I'm surprised they even had my reservation down.
