My car was not ready at 8am as promised and they tried to charge me for a larger vehicle if I was not okay with waiting.. Other than that wait I was good.

My pre-paid reservation was not honored because I didn't pick my intermediate car up on time. I was offered an upgrade for $8 more per day, which I declined and was put on a waiting list until a car of my category became available. Wouldn't refund since I pre-paid. Three hours later a car became available. I drove off of the lot, though I cancelled my trip because I couldn't obtain a reserved car from Hertz in ample time

My experience was very wonderful. The agent was very helpful and fast. The pickup was seamless!
