I tried to pick to pick the Car at the right time, but the given Adresse was not correct and the reception of the hotel has Not much information about Hertz and Hertz has no official Office at santo Domingo. We shall wait at the main entrance of the hotel. A hour later a Hertz employee walk by randomly. We asked him we're our Car is and he told us He has no cars left since the day before. And he hasnt a solutions except to rent at a another company. We we're Cast away in Antigua because no rental company had Cars left. The intressting thing was that we was still able to reservate further Cars online at Hertz. We already paid the insurance and claim the money back and recompense the frustration of this day.
