The specialty car I thought I was getting was not available. I was given the option to choose what I wanted for the same price. Customers Service was excellent.

I spite of Covid 19 I was able to get a car. I reserved on line and went in and was out in a very reasonable time. They were professional and friendly and kept there distance.

The reservation and pickup experience was frustrating. I was told over a two day period that they did not have cars available although I had a reservation for a car. My suggestion for improvement would be to not let customers reserve a car that is not available. This is frustrating to customers and almost crosses into the category of false advertisement.

The people are friendly, but the vehicle gas tank was only 3/4 full. I was asked whether I wanted to buy a tank of fuel from them or return it with 3/4 of a tank. That's ridiculous. I expect and should get a full tank of fuel so I don't have to calculate how much gas to add to get to 3/4 of a tank. You want me to buy the fuel from you - I get that. I would prefer to fuel the vehicle myself - you DON'T get that. I asked for an economy vehicle and was given a choice of a pickup or a minivan. If you don't have an economy vehicle, don't agree to rent me one. Also, I witnessed several people with reservations who came in after me and were told that Enterprise didn't have a vehicle available for them - and gee, that's too bad. That's garbage customer service. I'm hesitant to rent from you again because I can't afford to be one of those people.
