There was a long slow line, car rentals are worse than the DMV experience so I only rent when I absolutely need. However, once I got to the person who helped me, it actually went downhill. The woman helping has so much attitude, never a hello, thank you for renting with Dollar. She made it seem as if I am bothering her. Many times during the convo, she would speak with the woman next to her, when I said what she said I am talking to someone else, and then ignored me. This is TERRIBLE customer service. Reps like this should be friendly, helpful, put the customer first, treat them like we are paying customers and not like the DMV where one has no choice. Dollar really makes you feel like you are buying a service at the cheapest, worst place and therefore you sacrifice being treated like a a customer and more like a felon. Whoever this woman was should be secret shopped on, and then realize why people would rather just pay more an Uber. The only reason I am taking the time to write this is because by receiving this survey, it means someone must care. But what a joke! I am not exaggerating, this is some of the worst, most offensive customer service I have experienced in years. I would never come back, ever.

Overall our experience was great. My only complaint is the amount we had to pay at pick up for taxes and fees was about $25 more than we were quoted. I would think Carrentals.com would know what the taxes and fees would be but we were told they are only an estimate.
