We rent this SUV for a ski trip from Hartford to VT and then we plan to go to Boston and return the car at Boston airport. The service representative at the counter repeatedly stressed that there will be a lot of tolls on our trip and there will no toll booth to pay for them by cash. The rental company will then charge $15 extra per toll when we pass any of them. Therefore purchasing the additional $12 per day e-pass becomes a must. We are persuaded and bought this option eventually. However, the fact is that there is NO toll --- none at all throughout our trip which we told her exact the route we are going to take at the counter. Yet, she convinced us that there will be a lot of tolls on this route. This is cheating and misguiding customers. We are contacting Dollar for a complaint and requesting a refund of this unfair portion of the charge.

I have no cons for this supplier. Everything went smoothly, including the shuttle rides from and back to the terminal. They actually close at 1:00 am, not 11:45 pm as it says on the carrentals.com website. I was worried about that when my flight landed at 11:40 pm, but I was in my vehicle by 12:30 am. Dropping off the vehicle was a little confusing as there was only a sign saying to drive to the right, but nothing showing where to park it and no one to meet me at the car. Of course, it was like 20 degrees out, but someone could have come outside when I pulled up. They do this at other airports.

It was good However I should have been told that there was going to be 57.00 more charges when you rent the car .
