The staff were not really clear at the desk about the add ons. Also about defining the category of vehicle requested, they seemed confused. There were 2 agents working and talking at one time, in the end we got what we needed. But they were not really organized. At the end of my week I filled up with gas pretty close to the airport and still got a ridiculous charge for topping up gas by the agency. Also to charge $20/day for snow tires in a snowy winter mountain location is absurd... of course we NEED snow tires!

Staff on both ends were new. At drop off I had an issue and new employee was alone and had NO IDEA how to solve problem. Did not want to leave but... plane to catch. As a result cost me $$$ not impressed.

I dont like that you have to walk quite far from the terminal to get the car. OK if no suitcases but if you have a lot of luggage, it is a real pain. Loved the car: Impala.
