When I got to Avis for my 6 am pick up time, there was a long line and one person working so I was patient but when I get up there, the rep tells me I must use a credit card and can only use a debit card if I have a flight itinerary. Well I called 3 different times about the reservation and that was never mentioned. Thankfully I had my sister with me and she was able to rent the vehicle with her credit card.

This is the worst experience with Avis.They should be eliminated from the choice list of Car rental places.. They penalize those who prepay.You never can be connected to proper agents.They spin you around .Their main goal is to smear the concept of Carrental.com and brutally try to extort additional money in order to compensate for the lower rate prepaid.NEVER again with AVIS.

The wait was so long. Justin finally helped us after looking at us for about 15 minutes. He had a dead greating & he rushing me to sign as I was reading the contract. I added another day & he didn't let me know about the amount. I asked him. I asked about leaving my car, he was rude about telling me where I had to take it. I received the rental and it wasn't cleaned & smelled like smoke. My wife and I came back in to see if we can get another vehicle. Justin, once again seem uninteresting in helping us. A polite lady help us & put us in another vehicle.
