The counter personnel in Greensboro were friendly. The car contract price was consistent with what I had seen when looking at website. When I left the window inside the airport to pick up vehicle I saw that there were some scratches and dings and I wanted to be able to document these before leaving. As is my custom, I took lots of photos before leaving with my phone (time-stamped), but I wanted to conduct a walk-around. I had to go back inside since there were no Avis personnel outside. I was told that I could fill out a form and to note issues. I completed the form and I took a picture of it for back-up (just in case). The car was not washed very well, but the inside was quite clean. The vehicle was fine to drive for the most part as I logged over 500 miles over the course of a long weekend with it in NC and SC. The morning I took it to another airport for return (per prior agreement) I had a low tire pressure indication. I could not tell which tire was affected based on visual inspection and did not have a gauge with me. I asked my daughter to monitor the indicator lights as I added air incrementally to each tire. The low pressure appeared to be one of the back tires. This exercise made things a bit tighter in terms of returning the vehicle, but I had allowed extra time (fortunately). After getting gas at a station near the airport (G'ville - S'burg), I returned the car. This process was very easy (I returned vehicle before 6:00AM) and my daughter and I were not rushed in repacking items before leaving the vehicle. The agent at this airport was also friendly and she processed the car quickly.

The guy behind the counter was great. I liked the car except the nav system didn't work well, kept kicking itself off. Great car other than that. Very convenient and easy return. Will use them again.
