The inside windshield was very dirty, causing glare with oncoming headlights.

It was a smooth transaction. I did not feel the pressure to buy additional services/insurance, which I dislike about other car rental companies. One of the staff helped me out with my luggage. Overall, it was a positive experience. The counter staff could use friendliness and smiles, however.

We were called over right away. The checking in process took a few minutes. We were handed our folder and given directions to where the car would be. We wanted an economy car and those were the furthest away. The only reason that I did not give them 5 stars is that the economy car area was a little confusing. Because it was there, we picked the Nissan Sentra. We could not, however, get it out of the parking lot. There was one open parking space for us to exit and an attendant parked a car in it and walked away. I chased him and asked him how we were supposed to get out. He pointed to the exit. I said that we could not get there because there was no open lane to the exit. He kept walking away. He did eventually turn around and move the car he had just parked. Another couple walked into the area and also chose a car because it was the only one that could be moved.
