When we were given our keys, the guy said the printer wasn’t working and he’d email our contract. He also said that the maintenance light was on and he couldn’t get it off but everything was fine. We didn’t get anything of those things in writing. When we turned our car back, we didn’t have any contract to turn in with the keys since they’d never given us one to begin with. And since we turned it in on a Sunday and they were closed, I’m a little wary. I hope not to be charged for their problems. However, as far as the car goes, it was wonderfully clean and worked flawlessly.

Accidentally reserved the car at a location that was not the airport. Other than that it was fine.

Our experience with Hertz was horrible. We had our car rented for 9:00 am but ran a little late. When we arrived at 10:30 they told us our SUV had been rented and they only had a car available. Well, we have a family of 6 and a 5 seater car wasn't going to work. After more than an hour of dealing with these people, they suggested we go to one of their other locations. We did. The nearest location was at the airport. After arriving and trying to get everything sorted out we were stuck paying airport fees etc. which cost us an extra $200.00 plus but we had no choice. We had to go to Florida for our daughters wedding.
