The rental assistant was very friendly and competent. Although I had a reservation confirmation from CarDelMar, he could not call them because my e-mail address and the Res.-No. not found. Nevertheless, there was a car uncomplicated. Thank you so much!

Absolutely loved the customer service we received when we landed in Chistchurch.

Service was ok, though the wait was long as they made every effort to sell insurance to each customer. the car was falling apart. Glove box door kept falling off, rear view mirror fell off while driving and only one windshield wiper moved - could only see out of half the windshield when it rained. There is also NO explanation as to where to find the shuttle. Not on the website, nor confirmation email. Waited 45 minutes at the place all other car company shuttles were stopping. Eventually got someone on the phone (nternational roaming charge) and was told they don't have their own shuttle - go another area and there's a genetic shuttle. And we're should know that how...? The car was clean though.
