Accepted Answer

From sandy shores to snowfields and glaciers, South Island boasts some spectacular views. Why not take off and take in a handful of them? Leave town and set out on some excursions. Should I get a luxury rental car in South Island?

Accepted Answer

You'll be happy to hear that there's an impressive variety of luxurious rental vehicles available in South Island. What you end up going with will depend on your funds and what you're planning to do. Prestige vehicles are all about mod cons and comfort. If you're splashing out, why not pick an SUV with all the bells and whistles, or perhaps a cushy medium-sized sedan? Otherwise, if you're just after a set of wheels to get you around town as efficiently as possible, you're better off choosing an economy compact vehicle (or something else that won't blow your budget).
