The price was fantastic, and the car was great. I was given a free upgrade without asking. All very nice. It took a long time to check-in. I decided to return the car the night before it was due. Although the door to the office was open, and three customer service representatives were present, I was told that they were closed, that I could not leave the car in their lot, and that I should park overnight in the adjacent underground public parking lot. This morning, I returned and had to pay for overnight parking in the public lot. No one at Sixt was sympathetic, repeating that they were closed last night. I questioned why I couldn't have left the car there with their other cars. They only repeated that they had been closed then. I think they could have offered to reimburse me for the overnight parking.
