I left something behind, in the rental. My fault, but immediately upon noticing it, I tried calling the location, no answer, no actual person at any Hertz number. I finally got through on online chat, twice. Both times I was told that someone will call me....nothing

My experience was terrible and the staff at this Hertz location all provided horrible customer service. I was left stranded at Hertz unable to receive a rental car that I PRE-PAID for. I was told that I cannot get a refund and I could not receive a rental car which left me stranded for hours. I was not offered alternative solutions or help to resolve my situation. As I was stranded, I watched and viewed staff members being unprofessional and rude to other customers as well. The crew at this Hobby Airport location are one of the worst teams I’ve ever experienced and I will warn others of the treatment that you receive here.

Every aspect of my rental was smooth and easy. Shuttle bus came quickly, checkout at the counter a breeze, the vehicle ran well, AC worked just fine. All in all an A+
