Car wasn't what I reserved.. Fairly smaller! Def could’ve been cleaned upon my arrival!!! Upon return, the associate “checked the car” & the new renters left w the same rental I had just dropped off 60secs ago, BEFORE even getting back to the front desk to close me out !! Three mins later, we noticed the car the associate “checked” out, and the new renters left w, still had a HUGE BLACK SUITCASE AND LIME GREEN IPAD IN THE BACKSEAT, THAT BELONGED TO MY CHILD & I.. Phone is broken/off the hook. Have been calling for hrs smh

There was an additional $200.00 deposit that I specifically asked about and the agent we worked with never explained nor tried to clarify the situation. Upon arriving 15 minutes before our scheduled pick up, we were told they didn’t have the car and that we would have to wait. We waited over an hour for the car! We asked to speak to the manager and I still haven’t received a call back. I will never rent from them again!
