Enterprise was quick and had a super friendly staff member.

I reserved at Enterprise to specifically get a Dodge Minivan. We rented it for 24 hours to move items from my college son’s apartment into storage.
I arrived at the location and waited for someone to come to the door. Due to COVID-19 no customers were allowed in the building. Unfortunately there were no minivans even though I reserved one weeks in advance. We were given an “upgrade” to a Suburban. Dodge vans have seats that fold away for maximum cargo, not so easy with a Suburban. We had no option of making other arrangements since it was Friday shortly before closing. We planned to return it for 6 pm the next day. For our inconvenience we were given a break on the gas.
We were surprised to return *an hour and a half early* and found the location closed. We were not informed online or in-person if any change in office hours. I put the key in the drop-off box by the door and left.
I’ve rented here several times before and this was not my best experience at all.

The staff was Very Professional and friendly.
