My experience was fantastic. Serge, the manager stepped out of his limits to hear my interests, and was able to fulfill it. I was happy to the moon. Once again thank you Hertz for letting us rent your car

I m not satisfied with the way it all began. Firstly the location at herts was closed, the phone number thats been mentioned on door for pickup, the guy was on leave, then i had to walk the whole way down to reach the back side for car pickup, the fuel level was not on full but i was getting late so i just left. This is no compaint but this is how it all happened. I wanted to change my drop off location to airport, i wasant able to do that even. Had to go further 18 miles to drop the car. And returned with a full tnk. The vehicle was constantly giving signs for ‘engine oil service recommended’

I had made a reservation at Dollar Car Rental (which was right next to the Hertz Counter. They were so slow in processing two people who were renting cars, and there were still two people in line ahead of me. I went onto your website and rented a car from Hertz. The price was the same that Dollar was offering and there was no wait.
