Excellent service, car was clean, located just outside the terminal door, drop off was a breeze.

I specifically spent extra money on a four wheel drive car because I wanted to ensure I was safe driving in in climate weather. When I arrived to pickup my car (which I had pre-paid for!), I was told, we actually don't have that car and was given a sports car of equal value. I would never had spent extra money on a sporty car! The person at the front desk mentioned, I could give you a different car, but you already pre-paid. How about not accepting money up front for a product that you are not going to have!? Makes no sense... I should get a partial refund, but I don't have the patience deal with customer service.

Rented a sequoia and it was full of gas, but that was as far as they went to clean it. There was chewed gum balled up in a wrapper in the back in the seat, food crumbs in the center console. The windows were filthy. Hadn’t been vacuumed. Not impressed but I served its purpose
