Didn’t get the Camry I was after but was pleasantly surprised by the Malibu tat was provided instead. Service at this location was very good. The fee charged at the location was slightly more than the fee reported online due to different exchange rates used by carrentals.com & Hertz. This was annoying but beyond the control of the staff at the rental location. Otherwise, this was a good experience.

I didn't get a refund for the excess amount charged to my credit card. I was charged 1,978 and the invoice amount was1,667.56.
