It took an very long time to check out the car, even though all the I do was filled out ahead of time. The clerk was very slow and inexperienced.
The car I got had touch screen and blue tooth options, but neither worked. I pointed it to the clerk at pick up, he recognized it but was unable to resolve nor provide another car with working blue tooth/handsfree phone service.

Worst and most expensive rental experience. Dirty, smoky car, not at the airport, did not pick-up at the airport or reimburse the taxi (as I had been told), everyone was in training on the phone, charged additional for a drop-off fee at the airport.

I booked a car rental for Hertz at the airport. When I arrived at the location they informed me that my rental was actually 25 miles across town. I received no help whatsoever from the airport Hertz folks. After a $45 Uber to the pick up location I was told by staff there that they receive a lot of rentals due to this type of mix up by the providers.
Airport staff rude. Off site folks nice!
