My experience when picking up vehicle at the airport was less than subpar. Upon approaching the counter there were no additional customers waiting to be serviced and the agent and attendant were talking. The agent immediately stopped to conversation to ensure that I was taken care of after confirming reservation the agent stated that I was early to pick up vehicle (30mins to be exact). The attendant was notified to retrieve the vehicle. As myself and the agent were waiting for the vehicle at least 5-10 mins had expired and she was wondering what was taking the attendant so long. At least 5-10 more minutes expire and I step outside to see if the attendant have arrived with the vehicle, still no one in site. The attendant finally brings the vehicle 30 mins later. As a gold member I have become accustomed to being able to pick up a vehicle within a reasonable amount of time, unfortunatley due to inability of the workers to manage time and workload it created a undesirable experience. I frequently reserve vehicles to be picked up at this location due to my brand loyatly but after this incident I'm considering changing my preference.

I was quoted$156.10 at time of request and promised the confirmation by email which I never received,. I was charged $187.70 at time of pick-up. I was told to record mileage and parking slot number at drop off site. No slot was available for HERTZ and with no one to talk to I left it in a slot for one of your competitors.

The car smelled like cigarette smoke. It was also dirty inside. Your staff needs to clean these cars upon return.
