My experience was horrible!!! I prepaid for the insurance of a vehicle I wanted to rent in Guadalajara, but when I went to pick it up they didn't have it. Then they offered a different car for double the price it was advertised online!!! They are very dishonest and unprofessional!!

I had a horrible and frustrating experience renting a car through this company. When we arrived to pick up the car the agent was not honoring the price we paid online and was trying to charge us $100 dollars
more. When we fought the price and got it closer to what we had originally paid she turns around and tell us that they don’t have automatic cars available only manual. I only know how to drive automatic so how am I supposed to rent a car that I can’t drive. We spoke to the manager over the phone and he was able to get us an automatic car but they charged us close to $500 in car insurance and that was the most basic. We thought about not getting it but better safe than sorry. After two hours we finally got our rental. I recommend checking with your car insurance company to see if they can cover your rental and getting a car rental with your flight. I learned this after.
