On the day before pick-up I called Hertz to ask them to put my flight info into their computer
Prior to my arrival, I called Hertz to ask them to put my arrival flight info into their
record of my reservation in the event my plane was late (I had a late arrival time and they have a policy of staying open until 2:00AM if a customer's plane is delayed). They refused to do it, saying that CarRental.com was the only entity who could enter that info. I called Car Rental.com and requested that you do it, but you said you couldn't, only Hertz could, so you called Hertz to request it (Hertz still refused to do it). Nobody took responsibility for my request, though the customer service rep at CarRental.com went out of his way to try to help, unlike Hertz.
When I went to pick up the car at 12:30AM the Hertz agent was very unfriendly and acted like the last think in the world he wanted to do was rent someone a car. He's in the worng bsuiness
When I returned the car, I topped off the tank 1 block from the Hertz Return area. When I received my email receipt later that day, Hertz had charged me an extra $27 for gas, even though I had topped off the car , had a receipt showing I did so, and also had a receipt handed to me by the return agent saying the tank was full. I called Hertz, was on hold for 40 minutes, then when I finally got through the agent wouldn't correct the bill and I was made to take screen shots of my Visa card charge as well as the return receipt and email them to Hertz with an explanation. I did this (another 30 minutes of personal time spent to
correct an issue that was Hertz's problem, not mine). I have yet to hear back from them on their resolution.

The employees were very good but this car had been used for cigarette smoking.Left odor on my clothes and messed up my sinus

Line was not that long but the wait in line seemed longer than it should have been. The right turn signal was out the moment I picked up the rental and the entire time I had the rental (9 days).
