My experience was great. When contacted the Enterprise location from my booking they identified another location much closer to my rental unit and transferred my booking. This made the pickup and drop off so convenient. Will definitely book at this location again.

Got a great weekly rate, about half the price of other car rentals at the time. They were crazy busy both at pick up and drop off and short-handed. Took a while to get thecar but was worth the wait. Didn't have to wait when I dropped off, just put keys in drop box and they emailed me a receipt.

When we first arrived they gave our card another family but immediately rectify it by giving us an even better car. It was an overall fantastic experience. They called me several times to check on is which I loved!

Have no problem to pick up or return. Car was great. Return on Sunday June 15, but never got the final statement.

I got in and out pretty fast. During the week we had it the check engine light came on. We were able to switch it out for another car. That was super easy as well.

My experience was unprofessional with the staff at this location, except for Ryan. I called to let them know that I would be a little late due to a car accident that caused a backup. I arrived at 5:59p and the office closes at 6p. I went to open the door and someone locked it while I was standing at the door. First and foremost the lady on the phone was rude when I called to let them know that I was running late. I think that the staff exhibited very poor customer service and very rude to lock the door when I arrived before the posted 6p closing time. Once I knocked on the door a employee, Ryan, did come out and let us know that they had a long day and was ready to go. My husband let him know that we are loyal customers and he finally worked with us to get the reserved rental car. I will Never use this location again.

Generally, I am satisfied with the car rental. However, I was told that there was no customer pick up on Saturdays. There's no advertisement that says only weekday pick ups. The millennial comportment on the phone with patrons leaves much to be desired. Vehicles are ridiculously expensive for a one day in town rental.
