The CdM voucher causes the employees a lot of difficulties. Both the additional driver and the fuel option (take full, return empty) were not deposited and apparently could not be added (several employees have tried). Even an old driver's license without expiration date has caused various problems for the employees. We upgraded to a Dodge Challenger in the suburb ("any car you like" for $ 10.99 / day), which we thought was a great deal, which did not really simplify the issue with the voucher. Despite all these problems, the staff was very professional and friendly and always tried to solve the situation in our interest, and ultimately made it (although ultimately only at the vehicle return). The car itself was clean, in top condition and relatively new (approval December 2018, about 4000 miles) and has given us much pleasure.

When I picked up my car under the reservation I made online. Enterprise told me the.drop off location that was under my reservation was wrong. And the cost u quoted was also wrong. And I ended up spending more money getting a smaller rental car.
