In an almost empty car rental area, I still had to wait in line, and the check in process took so long. They also told me they might not have the requested size of car available, and that I'd be required to upgrade to a larger vehicle. What takes so long?!

agent told me my insurance was no good in Arizonia. so i assumed they knew what they were doing, not true it was a lie. i paid 116.00 that i did not have to pay. called dollar in tucson was told a supervisor would call mw back. no call. than i returned home called the 1 800 customer service and was told a supervisor would call , no call. i want mu credit card credited for the full amount.

at beginning we're fine an accident trade in my car no issues. I was turning in my vehicle they didn't tell me there was $178 transfer fee plus they charge me the full regular price of the vehicle rather than the price I had agreed upon with car rentals.com. since I was in an accident I was told to take the vehicle back to the airport rental location. did not think about fuels but I guess it was a half a tank low on gas found out they charge me lots of extra charges plus $9.99 per gallon based on a full tank of gas not half of a tank. if I would have known I would have given their vehicle back and rented from someone else. Turn my vehicle in the next day the personnel were rude I questioned them about the charges the manager came and says that's too bad that's the way it is. I explained I had an accident and I did notthink about fuel. the rental company told me to it would take up to 2 hours for a tow truck and to see if I could drive it to the airport which I did although the tire was scraping against the fender. the manager didn't care what happened he didn't care if I was dead as long as he got his car back and got his extra money for his bonuses. App mean paying for the fuel light used I paid $5 a gallon but not $10 that's ridiculous. the manager said I should have purchased the fuel protection program or whatever they call it. It was very very rude and don't care about customers. If I knew it was part of Hertz corporation I would have never used them Hertz owes me $3,000 for merchandise left in a vehicle that they never found and can never give me information on. Big
