car was clean & fuel efficient. discovered after pickup that the gas cap was missing, but wasn't wrongfully charged; staff trusted us.

Didn't have the car i reserved and then charged me 30 more dollars for a upgrade

I wasn't really happy with the entire experience. When I picked up the car, I asked the rep, what was the policy for early return. She stated that I would be charge for the daily rate and a $25 early return fee. The rate was $34.41. However, when I returned it after one day the same rep that had given me the information, tried to charge me $143. When asked why, she stated that the cost changed because I brought it back early. I reminded her that that was not what she had stated to me the night before. She then stated that she had to get an approval from a manager to adjust it. I then asked when would the $372 that was being held on my card would be released. She stated that it would happen at 12 a.m. the next morning. Well that did not happen. It happened several days later. I also was charged $45 for insurance and have not received the unused days back. I should have $36 refund as I only had the car for one day. I will not use this company again. I did not like the overall persona of the representative.
