I arrived at the DFW airport facility as the only customer waiting in line. For almost 10 solid minutes I saw 4 different employees in and out of the door behind the counter, one at the computer in front of me and NO ONE would look up and acknowledge my existence. WOW in a tough time where is Dollar's customer service? Well eventually a male employee came to assist me and he could not have been nicer! He was kind, efficient and apologized for being ignored by others. The truck I rented was new and clean and very nice. Returning the truck later that evening was quick and the employee was very nice. So bottom line Dollar, first impressions mean everything so you may want to step up your game in DFW. Everything else...was great.

Price was much higher than advertised...extra fees unaccounted for. We weren't told at pickup that the dropoff was at a different location so we went to pickup location to return the car. (Easy to mistake due to lack of/poor signage.) We were told to exit and go around and up ramp to 2nd level. Again, signs not well marked and we ended up at wrong rental company. Tried to exit thru their gate but it wouldn't open without manual manager key card. Finally made it to Dollar after 20 minute endeavor. Quick drop off, but later found (via emailed receipt) that I'd been charged ($33) for a whole tank of gas even tho tank read Full when returned. Aggravating, stressful and unnecessary.

Pickup was quick and easy. Much better than the last time I rented a car
