My experience was ok till I returned the car. No one was at return and no receipt sent via dropoff or email

My experience was pretty bad. I arrived to a very long line of people. I waited in line for over two hours because there was only one worker on duty. After standing in line for over two hours I was told they were out of cars. The employee was very disrespectful and rude. She said, “It’s not my fault that we don’t have any cars and walked away. I overheard someone say,” Go over to Avis. They will get you a car if you had a reservation made at least 24 hours ago.” I ended up with a car, but was not offered anything for my inconvenience. It took me 2 & half hours to get a dirty vehicle.

We requested an Edge, called to confirm they could have it available, and arrived at the facility to be told they haven’t had one in years. Explored other options to find a handful of dirty vehicles. Upgraded to a 3-row SUV and left with a filthy Buick. After driving for about 30 minutes on the highway the front end started shaking on acceleration. Another 30 miles and the change oil message came on (0% oil life remaining). We will never rent from the airport again and would have a lot to overcome to rent from a budget again. So disappointed.
