I was charged hidden cost that were not explained to me if fact I wasn’t told about them at all when I rang they had no idea about why n tried transferring me to the place I collected from and they did not answer is wasn’t a small amount either a extra 250 when I ask about it when I dropped off the keys they said they had nothing and will look into it but I still haven’t heard from anyone I’m a mother of two that is a lot of money for me very very upset n angry

It was very convenient to have the Budget counter right in the terminal, especially after traveling from the USA. However it did seem to take quite long. The person in front of us took forever and then it took at least 30 minutes for us to check in although we had given all our information online. We also ran into a problem when we wanted to extend the rental for another day: the day of the expected return we called and asked if we could keep the car for another day. We were told that we would have to bring it back within two hours or we would be charged 600$ for the extra day!!! Unfortunately we had to rush to the airport to avoid that charge (which was very inconvenient at the time). Thank goodness Shan was very helpful by extending our rental for another day for the same rate. If it hadn’t been for the negative experience on the phone to extend our rental I would give Budget a better rating.
