Easy handling. However, the employees at the counter need a very long time (about 30 minutes) per customer. This is actually in advance reservation, in which one has already made many statements unnecessarily long. There was no pressure for supplementary insurance.

For several years, I have a good experience with Budget. Unfortunately, there is never a single calculation method for the value of car insurance. At each airport (Bordeaux, Barcelona) the insurance value was calculated differently.

The lady where we picked up our car continued to offer us insurances to irritated behavior. Her colleague treated 2 customers in our time. The car we ordered was not received despite the fact that 4 were present. We received an "upgrade" instead, which looked like a crash car (full of damage) and had a high fuel consumption. The antenna was missing and that would not be a problem but we drove through northern Spain for 10 days without a radio. Despite my protest I did not get an antenna !! The "full tank" lost the first indication after leaving the airport. Even after refueling it happened after 60/70 km.
