The process was difficult and there was no staff there so i was sent to a differant counter and that company could not rent me car because i had no airplane ticket.and was never told i needed an itenerary before paying lyft money to get me there. My guest was arriveing later that night and was unable to get a car then as well so i must say we will never rent a car from there ever and neither will the rest of our family

The vehicle was so nice! It had every conceivable feature, which made it a pleasure to drive on my long trip. I appreciated having the amenities. Also, the associate at the desk (National) was so helpful and kind. I had a problem with my card, but she worked everything out and I was able to get my vehicle. I will use Alamo again. Excellent experience.

Everything went as planned. We had to put down a $200 deposit but they called before hand to let us know. Pick up and drop off went well
