My only problem is that the car was parked out in the open and it was pouring rain and thundering and lightening when I arrived and the car was parked in the open lot. I was soaked by the time I pulled my luggage and loaded it up in the storm. There was an extra man there at the counter who seemed to be leaving at the time. I am seventy years old and it would have been considerate of him to offer to pull the car up to the curb for me.

I read some bad review with Dollar but I didn't believe it. It was worse car that ever rented. I returned the car with full tank but they charge me for gas and alsoextra money for costumer facility charges and energy surges. I drove less than 30 miles and they put 100 miles. Don't get your car from this company. Record every thing from your millage and fuell before returning the car.

The car smelt like FISH. After calling customer service and getting hung up on or transferred about 13 times within a hour I was directed to take the car to another location only to get there and find out that location had no vehicles available. So I was stuck with a FISHY car all Labor Day weekend and all that could be done at my return was a 50.00 voucher on my next rental that I will never use. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
