Upon returning the vehicle,I told the attendant that I would like to change my Method of payment card..she directed me to a closed office on the garage level...I returned to her but she wasn't around. Went to a second sub office nearby and attendant there wasn't friendly and ignored me for about 30 seconds. Second attendant redirected me to the Airport main rentals office. Had to wait in line twice. First time I reached the counter,the clerk stated that I should have received a receipt from First attendant (Nayna). I asked Why wouldn't she give me one? He repliedI don't know..I returned to the garage level to find Nayna. She unapologetic wrote some info on my contract and sent me back to Airport rental office.. saying just tell them your contact is closed.. I then stood in line again... spent over 30 minutes in trying to return the vehicle. Bad experience overall with Staff

There were no lines and the counter experience was fine. All customers had to wait 1 hour until a car was available, and it wasn’t about inventory.

My experience was terrible and after waiting over 2 hours to get checked in with a reservation I was directed to Hertz to pick up the truck. When I arrived at Hertz it was like a nightmare. The staff was so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL and unorganized. They serviced people that were behind me in the line. My wait time at HERTZ exceeded 2 more hours. It got so bad that I asked an employee (Brian) to speak with the Manager (Jerica) and I could not believe the total disregard for me as a person and my business as a customer. Jerica told me that she could make me wait 5 hours if she wanted to. She said that she had made customers wait over 5 hours before and had no problem doing it again to me. When, I asked her why would she do that to a customer that has been waiting patiently and was simply inquiring about the wait time, she then threatened to CANCEL MY RESERVATION COMPLETLY. I asked her to not do that, Please. She said I am the Manager and I can cancel your reservation and give your vehicle to another customer. This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life. I don't know how Jerica is a Manager with her Very Poor Public Relations and Customer Service skills. Her attitude towards customers are the worst I have ever seen and I am certain it costs Hertz lots of money due to the loss of repeat customers and business. Horrible Experience!!
