Price went up considerably at pick up Learned to never buy online Ins And not sure if the ez pass worked Clean vehicle And customer service at JFK is interested in any but helping the customer

From the beginning to the end I was unimpressed with the level of service provided. The initial contact was ok but when I returned the car the guy was very unprofessional I travel 100% and I got out and he was laughing with coworkers and didn’t properly instruct me he said to go to the booth for my receipt and I didn’t see the window and instead of alerting me right away he waited and then finally tapped on the glass. He saw where I was standing so he could have easily asked me to proceed to the window on the other side of the booth. I left something in the car and I had to call 4 times and kept being transferred back to the same line, finally on the 4th call someone finally told me to fill out a claim online. Given my issues though I decided to protect my sanity and just let the item go. I always check the car and the reason I didn’t was I was completely thrown off by the professionalism of the person accepting the rental back. I’ll try to avoid thrifty in the future.

I left the key in the ignition after drop of and they charged me $250 for keys so i had to go back to the airport after they claimed that i didnt leave the keys in the car i opened the car with the employee and the car started beebing a sugn that the key is in the ignition then they did not even apologise instead they had an attitude and falsly accused me if putting the keys in the ignition when i returned total very bad customer care
