I probably waited 30-40 min for a car to be cleaned/ready even with a reservation. Didn’t bother me too much just because I did tell them I didn’t mind waiting. The main issues have is trash in the car (under seats) and the gas not being full when picked up but I had to fill up to bring it back. I should have made a better effort to check everything before leaning but after waiting that long I was just ready to get out of there. When dropping off no one greeted me and I waited inside awkwardly with 2 people at the counter not even saying one word to me for a good minimum of 15 min. I feel like they wanted to charge me extra for dropping off by ignoring me and causing me to be “late” dropping off the vehicle. Another thing was I was never told I had unlimited mileage so it prevented me from going where I really wanted to go. I didn’t know I had unlimited until AFTER bringing the car back.

Employees emphasized how busy they are and couldn’t help customers, running around saying inappropriate statements because they were busy. Staff was very unprofessional and rude

I'm still being charged for a rental I've already returned, but they are closed due to the holiday (which the employees did NOT INFORM ME about), which means they assume I have not returned the car (to top it off, their corporate is also closed, so I have no one to get in contact with!).
