Was a good experience for us, only the language was more difficult.

After a flat tire that cannot be repaired, you may return to the AirPort yourself (1.5 hours away) to pick up another car. Very bad for such a reputable company. We have specially booked Hertz which is many times more expensive than the competitors and then such a dramatically poor service. Telephone on Alicante AirPort was not answered so after many phone calls via the road service and the head office in Madrid came to this unsatisfactory solution. they refused to bring a car to our hotel.
