It just took 5 minutes to pick it up. Car was clean - although I personally sanitized inside again. Return was easy as well.

Easy pickup and drop off was the only positives. Car was absolutely filthy. Windows, Mirrors, Smoke Smell and Interior was not cleaned at all. With the Coronvirus, this is absurd. Utility Bills were left in vehicle from the previous renter I would assume. When speaking to salesman when dropping off, was ignored and told to just leave. Enterprise should be ashamed of this.

Picked up a van at Dayton airport on Nov 30, 2019. Staff was fantastic! Very friendly and courteous.
