Long lines, spill in back seat upon pickup, great Customer Service

I paid for a premium/luxury vehicle. I got an Infinity Q50. I guess that it could be considered premium, but this car rode like a sports car with zero back seat room. Not ideal for 4 people. The outside of the car looked terrible. It had scratches and, what appeared to be, streaks of tar or rubber down both sides from bumper to bumper and on the front and rear. Not a good look and not a great impression. When I asked about trading the vehicle, they indicated that I would have to go back to the airport where I picked it up, which was two hours away. If you pay for a premium/lux vehicle, make sure that it's not just an expensive car. In the rush to get to my location, I didn't look over the vehicle until I got to the hotel, where I noticed how terrible it looked. Shame on me for not being more attentive. Shame on Enterprise for sending out a vehicle that looked terrible and for a lack of customer service.

The car had a dirty windshield on the inside. It was all hazy as well as rear view mirror. A hassle when driving into the sun
