It was a very bad experience we had with the rental. It seems they were short staffed at the counter. It took more than half an hour to get to the counter despite not many customers in line. The lady at the counter was not friendly (rather rude) and told me my reservation is cancelled in the system. After telling multiple times, she opened up my reservation again. It was more than an hour wait for the car to be ready since there was only one person cleaning and getting cars ready. It seems the lady on the counter did not care, and it was all normal. I was given Nissan Sentra and on the website when I reserved the car it was supposed to be dodge avenger or similar. It’s not a comparable car that I was promised on the website. And I was told that’s all they have and that’s considered an equivalent car. Overall, it was a poor customer service with long wait and I was not the car I was promised. Hope they change the way they treat customers.

Rented for 3 days would not give receipt then charged an extra 4 hours, should have let me know
