We had an issue when we checked in as did want the car they wanted to give us we requested to rent Nissan Armada however agent told us he would upgrade us for $65 to a Cadillac Escalade. It turned out to be $65 a day and the vehicle was terrible we took it back next day and wanted the car we wanted which he said they had none. When we went to the returned car area and dealt with Jolene she was fantastic she said they had 4 of the vehicles we wanted the day before and still had them that day. She reversed all our fees and did not charge us for the one day additional rental or the gas. As she was upset by the agent also that he did not do the job for the customer but she sure did. She is the only reason we stayed renting with Dollar. I would not recommend that dealership based on the one agent Kevin .

I was excited about the drop top Camaro...the tire gauge light was on the entire time and the car was not well maintained. Also, there was an additional cost that was tagged on that I was not made aware of until I arrived to pick up and had no choice at that time of day but to agree to it.

Are experience with dollar Rent-A-Car on the big Island of Hawaii was above and beyond when we arrived at their computers were down yet they managed by phone to get everybody in the car they had reserved and when we had to check out a week early because of the covert virus they refunded us the remaining days that we were not able to use the car on the spot again the service was above and beyond thank you so much dollar Rent-A-Car big Island of Hawaii
