I have had problems with Budget in the past (a dispute over vehicle condition that cost me $150) and so was wary of this rental. At the rental counter in the airport, they asked me to sign that I had seen photos of the vehicle's condition and to verify that the photos accurately represented the condition of the vehicle. They did NOT show me the referenced photos before asking me to sign, and the vehicle was out in the parking lot so I had NOT seen the vehicle either. This is a grossly unfair company-biased, customer-unfriendly process! I refused to sign. I was told my options were to sign or go rent a car somewhere else. Finally, after much discussion, I got them to agree to let me go out to the parking lot and inspect the vehicle and take my own photos. I anticipated that we would then compare my photos to the ones they refused to let me see. When I got back to the counter, at first I was told I still could not see their photos. But after a bit of manipulation of the phone device on which I was to sign, the counter agent got the photos to pop up so I could see them. Their photos was much less clear than mine. I pointed out every flaw I had documented on the vehicle, and the agent convinced me that they were all visible in their photos, although from a greater distance and harder to see. Finally, I got my car. I returned the car two days later, so far with no incident or repercussion. I wish Budget cared more about its customers instead of stacking the deck against them. They need to change their procedure for initial inspection of the vehicle, and let customers see better and more accurate photos in advance of the rental.

Service was great, and fast, easy drop off as well, short walk from terminal to lot.
