Unfortunately, this was not a good experience because you all let me reserve a car online but when I went to the location to pick up, there were no cars available. And even though I was not in the 24 hour window there still should be some notification letting me know that there are no cars available. It was a waste of gas and time for me finding a ride to the rental place. Not a great start for my trip.

I went to pick up my rental using my PayPal card which I had used just the week before with absolutely no problem. The girl informed me I had to have a credit card which I swiftly showed her the paperwork which read You can you any credit or debit card with your name printed on it as I had done just the week before. She asked me who helped me that day and I described her. The woman next to me claimed she had the same exact experience easily getting the car with money held on her debit card. The agent said that the girl who had helped me the week before wasn't following protocol and would be reprimanded but I couldn't get my car. I had to take the bus for my trip and was very disappointed. This was at the Jackson MS counter and they were VERY rude and offered no help only to make me feel stupid for their policy changing in a week's time. I will not use them again even if I get a credit card. Those young girls need a lesson in customer service as I noticed several customers after me being told their cards weren't accepted never apologizing for the mistake.
