We waited an extra 30 minutes to get our car because it hadn't been returned yet. And when we finally got it, it was very dirty inside and out. It also had an oil change and loss of tire pressure warning that was not addressed. When I returned it, I was made to take pictures of the gas and mileage to show the clerk. He was not happy I was there a bit early.

The branch hours were incorrect on the website. The office only opened at 9am instead of the 8am indicated. I had to wait 30 minutes. The vehicle did not correspond to the requested category. I was offered a smaller notebook at the start. It arrived and was quickly cleaned up. The full was not full (I had to take a photo not to be charged on the return; the agent told me that half was correct).

The agent grudgingly agreed to examine the car with me, but she left the yellow copy of the form on her desk. When I asked her to mark it on both forms at the same time, which is the usual procedure, she tried to avoid it first, saying that she'll mark the scratches on the yellow page later. I had to insist so that she does what she is supposed to do. The car was not cleaned inside or out, and there were dog's pawprints on the back seat that I noticed later, because I was in a hurry. Also, the location closes early and there is no dropbox for the keys, which is inconvenient. However, the pickup was relatively fast.
